Terms of Service

GP Trainer is an educational practice tool for doctors preparing for consultation exams such as the RCGP SCA. It is not clinical guidance, medical advice, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional judgement.

You must only use GP Trainer with fictional practice cases. Real patient information must never be entered. Use of real patient data would constitute a breach of patient confidentiality and is strictly prohibited.

AI feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are responsible for checking any clinical, guideline, prescribing, or safety information against appropriate professional sources before relying on it.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. GP Trainer may limit sessions, devices, or suspicious access to protect the service. Access is intended for one account holder at a time and accounts should not be shared.

Signup currently grants app-level Starter access. Paid upgrades are created only when you explicitly start checkout or upgrade. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Where available, you can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe billing portal from your account page.

Access, plan limits, and billing status may change at the end of a billing period, trial, cancellation, failed payment, or launch period.

• Do not enter real patient information, identifiable clinical details, NHS numbers, real dates of birth, addresses, or other confidential patient data.
• Do not misuse the service, bypass limits or security controls, scrape protected content, or interfere with the app.
• Do not use GP Trainer outputs as clinical advice for real patients.

GP Trainer may be unavailable, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We will try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
